Citi doesnt need to team up !!! Unless foreign banks are blocked from entering and opening branches...If the NWO is at work here we should here about other International groups teaming up also...The question is what does Citi or any other foreign bank want here,whats the angle????Any thoughts....

The doors this partnership will open will be amazing, Access to forex futures etc it's always been the intention for Iraq to be one of the most modern open markets in the region this is just the start. HSBC bought 70% Dar Al Salam (sorry 4 spelling??) Wait till you see the partnerships in the Oil industry once HCL all sorted. This country is being set up for one of the biggest influxes of investment accross all markets from Agriculture to infrastructure transportation Oil shipping the world has ever seen all early days will be interesting watching it all unfold over the years.
