    Are the Arabs warning Iraq not to get in too deep with the infidels.

    This whole article is addressing the lack of support from Arab countries.
    This includes lack of investment, political support and debt relief.
    Everyone knows IRaq will eventually be the Middle East's Super Power.
    The Iraqis are saying...don't be fools, help us and we will remember your gracious assistance.
    Leave us to the wolves and our population will remember those who stood by and did nothing.
