    OK...... does anyone else see this a good thing for Warka ..?? is this maybe them getting their funds back the courts said they were to get ??? It's says Gov. to put "Back" funds into the banks.....?

    Yes, Oldskier, on the face of it that would be my take too.

    That Warka is not singled out is concerning because it's Warka that is on everyone's mind.

    But is the elephant actually still in the room?

    Think your part right O/S,they need boththe Investment Law,& Judicial reforms in the 2nd Package And will be Al Bunnia's course of action and reinforcing the Iraqi Supreme Court being decisions upholeded,these 2 Laws are needed now,then the CBI can pay out the damages without fear of Bias because of its gross negligence actions towards Al-Warka International Banking and pay its damages.
    We are progressing at a good pace now,long Live Al Badie.
