When will the house be back in session to pass this law?

Yes, If Crow gives the "Yes, that is it". If not, is it worth anyone's time? Let me see what the bird droppings say before I respond further. (and reading bird droppings is a very well respected position in some cultures)

Always a believer in hearing what I want to hear I believe I got a yes. Right

Now this is coming from a guy that could not spell ISX last september so take it for what it is worth.

As you know the investment sectors of the ISX are the lowest priced group of stocks on the exchange. These investment companies invest in other opportunities in Iraq outside the actual stocks listed. With all the potential instability with actual stock companies that do a single kind of production (hotels, industry, bank, etc) going to this level is even riskier. Laws are needed to make investors feel more comfortable with this sector.
There has been an increase in interest / volume lately that may be a sign investors are starting to take a look. These persons may be aware of laws such as the one discussed here coming down the pike so this sector may begin to appear to be a little 'less' riskier than before. And the fun can begin.

I could be totally off base but heck, it makes sense to me.
A good teacher will let a student fail so they trully learn the lesson. Many vets have provided input for me for this sector. One in particular.
    Thanks,
    HG
