we can't wire funds back, but we can send the funds to them....funny isn't it.

I'm not in the USA and even I know you can wire funds back to the united states, online or otherwise, and there are members here who have done so.

I can't transfer money between my usd and dinar Accts. Just says in big bold red words: transfer must have same currency. Is anyone else having the same problem?

No, I think what you may be doing is trying to transfer money from the wrong menu tab.
Make sure you hit the tab 'Transfer money in different currency'. That should do the trick.

I am unable to transfer from Bank of America to Warka... my Warka Accounts have been verfied; however, not able to transfer. Is anyone using BOA online to make transfers to Iraq?
