I bought seed prodution on 12/08/2009 do I qualify for splits stopping date is on 12/15/2009 or do you have to own shares for a amount of time to get splits

No,if you owned shares prior to stoping date,you will qualify for any splits,or dividends.

Good question. I have the stock and didn't know it was up for splits....
How did you find out?

I was looking at Scotts isx site and it now says splits where it once said free shares. For example I received a few years back 70% free cap shares for Land Transport and was that a split? I don't remember the share price ever falling which is normal with a split.
