from IRBIL, IRAQ 11-11-2016

I just got back from the French supermarket: three of my credit cards were declined;
The annoying part is when the manager methodically explained to me that the problem was they are from a Canadian bank, not a Turkish one;
And too, that one of the card says "US Dollars", and that the cash register is in Iraqi Dinars;
Willows: "So how come it worked every week for years, but not today?"
Manager: "Because these cards are in dollars and the cash register is in dinars."
It was like Spinal Tap, "... these go to eleven ..."
