23/12/2011 12:37:00 Baghdad / NINA /--A well acqainted source for the Kurdistan Alliance said : " Reason behind not attending the meeting of parliamentary blocs leaders, which called for be held today the Parliament Speaker Osama Najafi, is a technical matter related to time constraint.
The source said in a statement to NINA today : " Most of the deputies of the Kurdistan Alliance are currently in the Kurdistan region, so to be present according to the appeal made by Nujaifi requires time, especially when one take into account that Nujaifi's call released only yesterday, thing which is from the technical side was the main reason behind not attending the meeting .
