Iraq oil exports will increase by 3.5 million barrels per day

Baghdad: Iraq's Oil Ministry announced today the introduction of a second port floating to the service during the next few months, raising Iraq's oil exports to 3.55 million barrels per day.

A spokesman for the Iraqi Oil Ministry, Asim Jihad, said in a statement today, that the port will enter the second floating in a few months to the same service and export capacity of the port the first floating of $ 900 thousand barrels per day.

He said the ministry's intention to introduce five buoys export to the service within a proactive plan to increase energy storage and export of the southern ports to more than six million barrels per day.
