Warka Mail rejected??

what is happening here? anyone else have same issue recently as below??

Yes, AOL mail to Warka has not been successfully sent for several weeks.
SET up another email account using a different browser. For Warka emails I use Hotmail email and it works both ways.
Some are using IE.
