Iraq (Iba) Follow-up / - The Washington Times, reported on Tuesday that about 30 thousand Iraqi refugees, asylum seekers, among them those who have worked as translators or contractors with the U.S. forces are suffering from bureaucratic procedures of the institutions of U.S. government and not allow them to reside in the U.S..
The newspaper pointed to a report prepared by a group of experts said the Iraqis that they have received prior approval to accept them as refugees, but they can not come to the United States because of the slow process of obtaining a required security clearances.(End) ..
