Energy parliamentary reveal disagreement on the law of oil and gas

Twilight News / revealed to the Commission on oil and energy in the House of Representatives, Friday, for continuation of the "controversy and disagreement" on the two draft law of oil and gas, which provided one of the government and the draft of the other proposed by the House of Representatives, indicating that it is seeking to bring together the drafts for "rapprochement" by 80%.
A member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary Farhad Atroshi for "Twilight News" that "there is debate within the Commission on oil and energy on the two draft law of oil and gas, and provided one of them by the government and the other by the Commission," adding that "the controversy going on about the priority of the discussion, would you be to draft House of Representatives or to a draft of the government?"
"The draft proposal of the Commission on oil and energy were formulated by the government bill, has been included in a session of parliament, of which 26 articles were read out of 49, but the withdrawal of members of state law from the parliament session was stopped in the second reading at the time."
"The prime minister and members of state law in the House relying on a decision of the Federal Court gives the exclusive right of government to provide the bills and sent to the House of Representatives and not the right of parliament to do so," adding that "the Commission on oil and energy in the parliament based on the other the rules of procedure House of Representatives, as well as the rules of procedure of the Commission on oil and energy, which gives priority in the discussion of the laws to the proposed law submitted by the Committee."
It is said that a spokeswoman for the Iraqi List, Maysoon al confirmed that, earlier, "The draft law of oil and gas made by the government limits the issues of policy-making oil, however, the oil minister and head of government," usually that "contrary to the Constitution and the policies of oil."
Atroshi and that "the law made by the Government upon many observations to the presence of consecration of the concept of the central, and contrary to constitutional provisions relating to oil and energy, and we are trying to collect between the two projects because of the similarity between them up to eighty percent."
