Kurdish Alliance asks the KRG to resume oil exportation
04/04/2012 14:11:00 Baghdad (NINA) – The Kurdish Alliance bloc in the Iraqi Parliament asked the Kurdistan Regional Government to resume oil exports.
Official spokesman of the alliance, Mu’ayad Al Tayib, said in a press conference held in the Parliament building, present by NINA “we submit this initiative and ask the KRG to resume oil exports, stemming from our belief of not manipulating the Iraqi people’s riches, and not to involve the political blocs in the Iraqi affairs.”
He added “these issues must be dealt with in another way than stopping the oil exports,” asking the federal government to handle these issues by its part in reasonable way and avoid autocracy.”
He demanded the federal government and political blocs to stop regarding the KRG and Kurdish people as strangers who want to devour the Iraqi riches.
