Iraq says OPEC seeks to achieve a balance in the global oil price

Oil Minister Abdel Karim to would on Monday that OPEC seeks to achieve a balance in world oil prices, but political instability is not production factors affecting price in the market.
And told reporters that OPEC is doing its utmost to pump enough crude to meet demand. He said he expected that would inform Iraqi oil exports of 2.3 million barrels a day or slightly higher in April.
He said the Iraqi Government is still considering whether to allow ExxonMobil to participate in round fourth oil contracts awarded bids because of the dispute concerning the contracts signed with Iraq Kurdistan.
