Great news trusty! With good revenue & low PE, this is when a low stock price benefits shareholders...give me more shares, I'll worry about the price 5 years from now!

    Both.

55/2 is free shares and you get these if you do nothing.
55/1 are paid-up shares at 1 dinar per share...requires am authorization letter.

The article also alludes too a cash dividend (?).
The stock normally trades in the 1.8 dinar range so getting it at 1 dinar makes sense. After the meeting and the stock starts trading again it will be diluted to reflect the additional shares bought.

Hopefully (?) Warka will post that information in their "NEWS" section. At least that is the way it has worked historically.

Yes! BIME. Has anyone been notified by Warka about buying United Bank paid up shares? Sometimes they notify me and sometimes they don't, I do not want to miss out on buying these paid ups from either bank.

Agreed. United Bank is one of the best. I haven't heard anything, Buck.
I'm not passing on this BIME opportunity either.
