Kick you have a point. I'm not going to say anything at this point..I just want Warka to return to the ISX..Futhermore this move to list companies on the NYSE might not be a bad idea..
Surely the dinar will be rv'd by that time...

why dont the ISX allow foreign stock brokerage companies eg etrade to become traders on the ISX

the likes of etrade would allow :

multi currency accounts (in other words accept USD, GBP EURO Swiss franc etc etc)
be more effective on carrying out trades
is/are a more liquid company
reliable/good reputation
massive foreign client base
be other alternative to iraqi bank

thoughts ?
