He said Al-Awadi (News Agency news) on Wednesday: oil Ministry did not have a clear vision of how to develop manufacturing industries of oil, stating that the plan provided for the establishment of (5) large oil refineries located in the provinces, but so far has not provided any of the companies to invest.

According to the Ministry of oil that: do not remain "indifferent" and wait for companies to come invest refineries, but that created the financial budget, to accelerate the construction of the bridge required the country from oil derivatives, because Iraq still imports and gasoline and gas oil from abroad and this adds a new burden on the general budget.
