He's right about one thing for sure : Iraq's ability to purchase lower price goods from China and neighboring countries.
Don't underestimate the effect of this statement!!! China is paying Iran GOLD for oil. When will Iraq decide to do the same thing? It's simple business...do I want to trade for a fiat dollar that's losing value, or a gold brick? Even simpler, a yuan exchange gives Iraq and inside track to cheaper goods & services.
