Expert: shaking the reputation of the banking problems and customer confidence by banks

Baghdad (News) ... Majid said the Economist, that banking problems mock affect (100%) Customer and banker and the reputation of banks (Government and private).

He mock (News Agency news) on Tuesday that banking problems lead to reluctance of customers and feared his money may not recover when problems occur leading to the closure of the Bank as in the Warka Bank Basra, and the employee who works in the Bank feared from dispensed in when problems occur.

He added: the problem of routine followed in most banks when depositing customer money, ask him for deposit that would bring an unjustified and leads to the reluctance of banks and save the citizens of their money in their homes.

He noted: most banks do not have banking culture and transparency in dealing with the customer, some of which are not published its budget and its profits and losses in the newspapers, the obscure details of the bank customer who wants to deal with it.

Said: that the Iraqi Government and private banks do not follow international standards and without modern technology, what inhibits the customer desire to handle.
