Iraq declares end of Chapter VII resolutions and four paragraphs Uppal

Twilight news/ Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Thursday, Iraq terminated all resolutions to Chapter VII and remains only 3 or 4 paragraphs belong to Kuwait.
