Baghdad (NINA) – Leader of the Sadrist Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, affirmed the necessity to limit the tenures of the three presidencies to two terms to prevent the creation of dictatorship.
Sadr's Office quoted him on Friday, July 6, asserting the necessity to establish Operation Room to provide the peoples' need in security, consisting of representatives from the ministries of Interior, National Security, Intelligence Agency; and another Room to provide services, such as drinking water and electricity, consisting of representatives of concerned ministries, as well as sovereign ones..
Sadr renewed his call to limit the tenures of the President, Prime Minister, Speaker of Parliament, by two terms, to prevent the establishing of dictatorship and exclud a certain segment of the population.
He pointed out the necessity to establish good neighboring relations with neighboring and friendly countries and to exclude occupation forces.
Sadr went on stressing the need to find solutions to unemployment and distribute the country's wealth away from thieves.
