Money Transfer with different currencies ERROR

I just tried to transfer small amount of Dollar to my IQD account and it shows ERROR but it was deducted to my dollar account.

Do anyone from here try also transfers from USD to IQD account?

Yes, it sometimes says Error but the transaction goes through anyhow.

I tried thru Warka Bank site, can't find access to my account there, emailed e-Bank service, no reply yet.
Anyone hear anything about Warka status?

JMO, but you may have gotten Fugged. Personally, I would rather deal with Bernie Madoff than anything to do with Iraq!!!! Hope it all works out.
