Deputy calls on World Bank to assist the Iraqi Government in the delivery of basic services

And calling them "made it clear to our vision for health workforce strategy and Helene should fit the development of Iraq and to assist the Government of Iraq to use its own resources more effectively to increase economic growth, provision of basic services.
He added that calling them "scientific planning is the basis in developing countries and by strengthening its central, and that's what set him through our cooperation with some international organizations such as the World Bank."
