    Default transfering money into my Warka IQD account (anyone ???)

    HI folks

    I woulds like to top-up my Warka IQD account with some IQD and not have to pay my bank £25 (plus foreign exchange fees and other fees etc etc)

    I am eventually looking for around 550,000 IQD ( to buy shares in Asiacell and other stuff)

    I have paypal , moneybookers & neteller and other payment processors to hand (i also have cash )

    Is there anyone out there ( with an Al-Warka checking account ) looking to sell dinars ?
