Who's doing what when and how ?
Earlier I read that the ISX is to go global thanks to new systems being put in place
Who is installing these systems? The reason I ask is that surely to do this would cost a mint , yet nobody is saying its them who is doing it
Can anyone post a link on who got the contract ?
