    Said securities off seven companies Securities Act for refusing to disclose their heads began.

    He said the body's Executive Director Abdul Razak Al-Saadi "securities senior committees have been formed to follow up its disclosure corporate heads in order to ensure investors' rights".

    "The Iraq market for securities trading was suspended as a result of seven companies not exposed 28 real money."

    And Iraq began to stock their preparations for membership, the global market for securities, also announced the start of electronic deposit companies foreign and domestic investment rather than paper.

    Iraq stock exchange had started its activity in 2004 and switched from manual circulation to use electronic dealing screens in 2009 and open trading hours a day five days a week.

    And the banking sector is the largest in the stock market which also includes industrial firms and insurance companies, hotels and agriculture companies.

    Regarding to unfulfilled of the disclosure requirements and non-supplying the Commission with financial statement of first quarter 2012 by the listed companies here in after, and because of finishing the legal duration specified according to regulation NO (14) (The Disclosure Requirements) issued by the Commission,

    The following companies has been suspending from trading:

    1. Economy Bank

    2. AL-Nukhba for Construction

    3. Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance

    4. Baghdad Hotel

    5. North Soft Drinks

    6. Ishtar Hotels

    7. Karkuk for Construction Materials \ suspend from trading

    8. Palestine Hotel \ suspend from trading
