Shaways in Tehran on Tuesday to discuss the debt and the establishment of an Iraqi bank in Iran

Twilight News / declared Iraq's ambassador to Tehran Mohammad Majid Sheikh, Sunday, the Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Ruz Nuri Shaways will visit Iran next Tuesday at the head of a large economic delegation to discuss the establishment of an Iraqi bank in Iran.

The news agency quoted Iranian official as saying that he will be accompanied by Sheikh Shaways in this visit to the Iraqi Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi and Trade Minister Khairallah Hassan Babiker and Industry Minister Nasser Al-Dali and the Governor of the Central Bank.
He said in the context of his statement, seen by "Twilight News" that the Iraqi delegation would talk with Iranian officials on the subject of the establishment of an Iraqi bank in Iran, a move to strengthen economic and trade relations between the two sides.
The Iraqi ambassador that his country's delegation also would talk with the Iranians about Iraq's debt to Iran for the purchase of electricity.
The volume of trade exchange between Iran and Iraq last year, about $7 billion.
