Vice President Finance Committee Deputy Ahmed Hassan Faizullah, all final accounts submitted by the Ministry of finance to the House of representatives for the years «incomplete and incomplete», calling for resolution of the final accounts of the budget (2011) before submission to the Board.
Faizullah said, quoted by (Agency news): no mention of year after year (2003) has been providing complete final accounts of the Ministry of finance and mostly incomplete progress, noting that the balancing (2008) presented the draft without an envelope it is difficult for the Ministry to complete final accounts for each year. and ruled out feyzullah completion accounts for the year (2011) fully, but will be limited to some ministries and departments, stressing the need for completion and submission to the House of representatives to know what proportion of Disbursements in all ministries and State services and to hold accountable the delinquent not to disburse the funds allocated to it in the public interest.
The Financial Administration Act No. (95) of the year (2004) requires the Treasury to provide the final accounts of the State at the end of each year to settle and see the amount of disbursements, are unable to provide financial accounts.
