    Exclamation ebay

    Hey everyone,

I recently won an auction on ebay, for some 1,000,000 IQD. I paid via moneygram, and I have never received my IQD. Its been more than a month, and after many stalls by the seller, I have still not received a refund.

I have been in contact with 2 other eBay members who have not received IQD which they purchased.

In the end, more than $2000 Dollars has been paid but no IQD rendered. Nor a refund.

Any suggestions anyone can suggest, or any advice would be so appreciated

Looks like you have been scammed. There is a way on ebay to get their phone no. and address .Also you can get all but $25.00 back from ebay. Dont have time right now to go into details but will get back to you later tonight. Bad seller, low feedback and only takes money order or cashiers check. This happened to me with another seller from Metaline , Washington. Make sure you keep your reciept.
All I ask is a chance to prove that money can't make me happy.
I used to be indecisive. Now, I'm not sure.

feds. usually do not get involved in such matters unless more then $10,000.00 is stolen. All they will do is file the report and refer you to local police.

If it looks too good to be true, where have I heard that before. You probably wont get anywhere with the seller but thats one of the prerequisits to get your money back from ebay.Notifying the police sheriff and or FBI wont do a bit of good. Been there done that. Good luck. Takes about 60 days or so. Keep your receipt however you paid. Keep us informed of your progress.

forget e-bay, buy from one of the several excellent dealers mentioned on this forum ,the scammers long gone and knows legal fees will cost you way more than you lost, that is if you can even find the crook. i often wonder why anyone would buy on e-bay instead of a proven dealer ,what just to save 30 bucks or whatever and risk losing it all, good luck though.

First never buy anything by moneygram unless you personally know the person. Ebay and the net are full of scammers.
I and a business partner lost $10,000 on a deal via ebay 8 months ago, Im still waiting on a call from the Feds and the sellers local PD. Im not expecting to get anything back.

Only purchase via paypal on ebay, any problems paypal will reimberse you. Good luck and dont trust anyone that doesnt accept paypal.
