    Default New Denoms on sale

    Hey guys! ive been an avid reader of this forum but know i decided to join in. Has anybody seen the new denoms being sold online like 5000, 500, 250 dinars? they even have pix of it i just dont know if they are legit. im planning to get some but am just doubtful of its authenticity cause I havent seen any mention of them in this forum....

    Yes these are fine.
    50 250 500 1000 ++ all new iraqi dinar introduced a few years ago.

    Just nothing smaller than the 50 dinar note.Yet
    They do have a 25 and 100 dinar coin also.

    Go to http://www.cbiraq.org/ the Central Bank Iraq web site for pictures and descriptions of all the IQD known to be in circulation.

    Dont be fooled and buy anything with Saddams picture on it!

    does anyone have opinions on the advantages of the smaller denominations as compared to the larger ones?

    I took some time to make some nice composite pics of the notes with their security features highlighted and described. (Iraqi dinar pics)
