Who is Muhammed Abdul Jabbar? Hopefully, he's just a guy trying to make a living and support his family as we all are. Maybe he's a pro-Zarquawi propagandist.
Some of the stuff he writes is troubling, however. I think that amnesty for people that blow-up and shoot indiscriminately should not be extended. The only positive sign in all this is that the so-called 'insurgents' (murdering/terrorist baby-blood-drinkers) are making overtures or peace-feelers to governorates/ leaders or to the new Federal government in exchange for more time to perfect their tactics. This should not be allowed. If they are making overtures to some kind of concession, then they should be killed outright, on the battlefield.
Without pity or mercy. It's just mutual and respectful. Like the Ba'ath didn't try to kill you?
People that target unarmed civilians for injury or death don't really deserve any kind of amnesty or 'special considerations' under the law. That kind of 'consideration' would be a horrible appeasement to barbarism. But then that's up to the people that have to try that case. Provided they have a system of a judiciary that can order the executive to carry out the sentence.
    That's in the real world.
In America, those that commit crimes and kill babies, just because they can, are afforded the most respectable places in society.
It's a good thing for Iraq that the United States took it upon itself to undertake this incredible burden... there are so many downsides, and nothing is going to look good for quite a few years... but there's no other force in the world capable of pullin' in these S.O.B's... ... Remember, it's not your duty to DIE for your country to win the war, it's your duty to make the Enemy Die for his...

If he were a pro-Zarquawi propagandist, would he be posting objective editorials about Iraq? My bet is not. He would be biased, the difference between Al - Ja Jihad Johnny is night and day.

I post Al-Sabbah articles because they are both credible and normally first with the "Relevent" news. For instance, it was Al-Sabbah who posted that the CBI would be issuing lower denominations of NID as coins waaaay before anyone else caught word of it.
