Wiring Instructions

I just emailed Warka this morning and they emailed me back within the hour saying that my account would be open tomorrow or Friday (I think that is pretty quick compared to some of the email traffic I have seen ).

Now the question is, once I have my account number, how do I get the funds into the account. I have read where people are wiring the money to the Housing Bank in Jordan and then it is transfered to Warkaa. Do you have to have an account with the Housing Bank to do this. Are the funds just routed through the Housing Bank. Does anyone have the wiring instructions on how to do this or do I receive them directly from Warkaa once they email me my new account number?

My honest suggestion is Wire the Funds...I cannot tell you personally about wiring,.. because I have been waiting weeks to get my accounts, so I can wire funds.. HINT HINT Mr. Bunnia....<g>

so, I don't advise going the route I went....mailing funds and account information..

I have wired money five times through the bank, it is the best way to go I believe. Warka sent me the step by step procedure with my account number, I am sure they will do the same for you. Also you can do a search on this forum to find the same information. If you run into a snag drop me a pm. Good luck!

I would email them requesting the steps to funding the account. They will send you instructions on direct wire and WU wire. Yes the direct wire goes through a branch in Jordan, but you don't need to set up another account there as it will simply be forwarded to Iraq. I believe the bank to bank wire is becoming a viable option and they are responding ever quicker to that method.
