Iraqi Ministry calls int''l companies to invest in local oil excavations

BASRA, Jan 5 (KUNA) -- Iraqi oil Ministry called Saturday international oil companies to invest in oil excavations in the country.
A spokesman for the Iraqi Ministry told the press that companies in oil excavation projects in Iraq could now benefit from the offer provided by the ministry, adding that the ministry is intending to help companies issue the documents needed to start oil operations in the country.
He went on saying that registering companies would provid the basis for corporations to start operations here, pointing out that late January would be the last date to submit the necessary documents and papers. (end) bmg.gta KUNA 051738 Jan 08NNNN
