Why me of course - stay true to your cause. It's usually for "the best".

Money laundering is big business - looks like it's open season, why not tag it with a legitimate calling so everyone can pitch in ....... if you can't beat'em - join'em

Fiscal transfer [r]: A financial transfer from a central authority to a subsidiary in a federal system, or to a member of a "fiscal transfer union" among member governments of an economic community.

    DEFINITION of 'Transfer'

A change in ownership of an asset, or a movement of funds and/or assets from one account to another. A transfer may involve an exchange of funds when it involves a change in ownership,

Up for grabs who actually said this - but this statement lives on in Iraq:

"Give me control of a nation's money and I care not who makes it's laws"

    The ship is half full

The scene takes place on a foggy night out in the middle of the Atlantic on the bridge of the Titanic......

First Mate, "Captain, we hit an iceberg".
    Captain, "Don't be so negative".
    First Mate, "Oh, Ok, goodnight".

    The End.

How are Arabs at "non-disclosure / confidentiality" - ? ... not familiar with their track record. I assume you are alluding to an RV etc. - anything's possible. So, for now we have 2 scenarios for this flurry of transfer co.'s rushing in to start up. Money Laundering has now officially become business #2 (literally) in Iraq - or, Arabs are known to be great "secret keepers" & new money is about to appear from thin air via the CBI. I prefer the latter (looking for my sock filled with IQD now)
