Super Read!! “The Right Place at the Right Time”
A very good short read from someone on the ground in Iraq:
"............ Fallujah looks completely different from when we first arrived. The progress in the city has been frustratingly slow but impressive nonetheless. A steady stream of people flow in to re-inhabit its neighborhoods. The new police force is on every street corner....... That was special
I am so proud of these guys. They are so brave, so selfless, so hard working. I am glad they feel satisfaction and I hope they will be rewarded in other ways, too.
I wish I knew some personally. The people I know and went to school with generally don't go in the military...but I would love to meet one of these guys and hear stories. They have done things that won't be asked of most of us. Soliel
